  UNRELIABLE! CHEATER! When my freezer broke down at around 5 pm, I called this company because they advertised that they have fast and same day service. So when I called they said they will send a technician that night. I waited till 8PM then they called later to tell me the technician has an emergency and wouldn't be able to come in tonight but will be able to the next day between 11-2PM. That should have been a warning to me but I still set it up for the next day. The next day, the guy came at almost 3 pm and spent a lot of time but couldn't figure it out and said that maybe the freon was gone and would cost me 550 dollars. So he left and I was left with a bill of 69.99 for the service and if I decide to hire them to do it, they will deduct it from the cost. But I wasn't comfortable with them so I hired another guy from another company and within 30 seconds he was able to diagnose the problem and said that there was a broken valve. He said the freon was full and it would cost only 150 dollars to fill it if it did need to be filled. So EVERYONE, BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. They should change their name to UNRELIABLE. RIP OFFS!!! NEVER AGAIN will I call this company!!! They don't even deserve a star here!!
